speed camera database for garmin nuvi 660

is it possible to load both uk and european camera database and also the voice warnings onto my garmin because i am having trouble getting them both on. if so can somebody please tell me how to do it.

Thanks, i will read it and hopefully it should help me, but i am not technically minded but i will give it a go.
