For some reason I cannot access the ask a question part of tomtom.com.
I log in, and go through the procedures to find my account etc and click on my questions history and it asks for user and password, then asks me to update my details then straight back to the user and password screen.
Does this using IE, Firefox and Google Chrome browsers.
Any ideas?

Hmmm....
I just tried it, went to the support site and it said I was already logged in, but when I looked at my questions history, there was nothing there ("0 questions").
Logged out and logged in again and it came good (I was using Firefox), so I can't replicate the fault, I'm afraid.
Edit: Just seen the previous answer, cookies could well be the problem! |

Looks as if their site is screwed up a little!
I've just tried to check the status of a question I emailed yesterday and I can't get past the login screens, it just seems to be looping around in the support pages. _________________ Phil |
