Help needed for Referb 720 from TPDA

When switching on my 720 it will not boot up, I just get a flashing red circle with white cross in it, also it will not connect to the computer, does not see it as a drive. Nor TT Home 2.5.
I have reset it for 15 seconds and 30 seconds to no avail. Does it need to be returned to Total PDA?
Could it be down to speed camera updates! Regards Mike.

Try connecting it to the PC with a different mini USB lead (if you have one) also try different USB ports on the PC, if Windows Explorer cannot see the device after this I would contact the supplier to return it as faulty - Mike
