A24 at Buck Barn

The sussex roads safety unit set up a Robot Visual Systems Multi Radar S780 at Buck Barn in May of 2008, It has spent most of the time marked as being under test.
I read in the paper on the 7th of October 2010 that the Home Office has now confirmed that the camera has not yet been given approval to be used to enforce the law.
The under test signs have now been removed, does anybody know if this set of cameras is now home office approved.
