720 Help Lost the option to hear instructions via FM Radio

Can any body help me as after upgrading to a newer version i now do not have the option to select FM to car Radio to hear instructions in Speaker preferences. The option is there for me if i want to hear music via the radio.
Have tried to find a answer but i am stumped!!
Any one any idea which files to look in or replace from a back copy i
have on my hard drive.
