European map activation

I have a registered version of tom tom 2 (Awaiting upgarde) My Brother also has the same set up along with western euopeon maps (registered on his Machine)

Is it possible to "borrow" his map of Spain and install it on my Ipaq using my code for Tom tom 2 for a "one off visit" or is this not possible??

No, can't be done. But if your brother is going to be in the UK while you are away, why don't you borrow his PDA and let him have yours while you are in Spain?

If only life were that simple, My Kid Brothers set up is a Bluetooth one and mine is a wired GPS so it would involve changing the mounts Aerials etc

however would it be possible to load a Memory card on his PDA with the map required then drop it into my PDA and work
