Arkon vent mount on eBay

I was just looking at a car mount for my ipaq 4150 and came across one on ebay. It lists that it is compatible with many ipaq's.

Its an Arkon CM505 powered kit.

Does this mean that the ipaq's listed all have the same connector?

Another question, this is gonna be my first purchase on ebay, Do I need to create a PayPal account before I bid, or will there be an option to sign up after winning a bid?

I have an Arkon CM597 and the kit came with the adapters to fit all the models listed in its description. Thought it was good to get the vent mount and the arm in the same kit. Have the vent in my daily car, but can install the unit to hire vehicles or the landrover when needed. Holds my Toshiba very securely and has enough volume to be heard over a 300tdi landrover defender. Got my one from ebay as well.
