Hi can anyon the help??
I got a second hand Navman f10 it was working fine untill i went on to the Navman site and downloaded and installed SP2 it has wiped all my maps and product key Embarassed I have contacted Navman but as yet haven't got any thing back!!!! Can anyone else help................PLEASE

See if Navman Technical Support can help on 0844 800 0912. I have recently found them to be very helpful. How did you contact them - by email from the Tech support web page? Have you had any acknowledgement at all?
