Tom TOm 910 installation

As an absolute novice, i have downloaded the database to my PC and i have opened the zip file then saved the opened files .........
How do i now transfer them to my Tom Tom 910.......slowly please im really a fist class novice........but i have paid my subscription!
Can any of you guys help..........
