I have a 520 and when i go to Drive to Help the Nearest Police Station and nearest Pharmacy are greyed out, all the others are OK. Please can anyone shed any light/solution to this.
Software is 8.010 and the Maps are v710.1561 |

| I have completed the instruction as per Mikes advice above. But as soon a I press Drive to Help. then select Nearest Police Station it works once and then both Nearest Police Station and Nearest Pharmacy remain GREYED OUT. Even switching off and on does not bring them back |

Have you tried a 'paperclip in the hole' reset?

Also after turning the unit on and geting a GPS Signal, I press Walk to Help they ar all highlighted, but as soon as i press walk to nearest police station it works and then is greyed out ALONG with Nearest Pharmacy. The others Doctor, petrol station and transport are OK. |

I still have the problem on both my 720 and ONE v3. I have talked to TT who unable to offer a solution. The only get round is to call Dr etc up as a POI at least you can get the information if required.
