Backup Ipaq

Hi all can anyone tell me please is there any program or way to backup the whole of my Ipac hp 2210,so when I do a reset I can install the progams and settings as before .Thanks in advance Bjellys

the older iPAQs came with a feature reduced version of the Sprite Backup program. Check that one out.

According to the HP website, iPAQ Backup is on the CD Rom. This can possibly be upgraded to the full version by going to www.spritesoftware.com. It cost me a measly US$10, which isn't even six quid at today's rate.
