i need help installing cameras into nuvi 255 wt

in laymans terms i would like to know if i subscribe to pocket gps if it is possible to install fixed mobile and traffic light cameras into a garmin nuvi 255wt ?

also could someone post a step by step guide for me as i am new to using a p.c.

Yes it is.
I'm not a Garmin user myself, but the general idea is that you use a piece of software called "POI Loader" to get the POI files from the PC onto the Nuvi.
