I was in the process of purchasing the new map (Western europe) for my One XL Europe when I ran into major problems. I had moved the map from my unit ready to install the new map, the download had finished when my hard drive C:/ drive failed
I've now lost everything on the unit I cannot restore all I get is A 'no maps found 'message. I tried using another computer, downloaded HOME etc but it updated quickfix,speed cam's but no maps.
HELP, and ideas will be very much appreciated or a Telephone number for TomTom Support,as I cannot seem to find one on the website.

When you connected to TT Home on the second computer, did you login correctly with the email address you used for your tomtom registration?

Go to the TomTom website, click on Support and there is a link in the right-hand column "How to contact Support".
