TomTom Go 920

Hi all,
I have had a TomTom 920 for a few months now and after contacting tomtom for some advice I am still having probs using an sd card. I can upload music to it, but when it is on I cannot access the card. I can only play music through tomtom itself, but have limited space for storing files.

Any ideas would be much appreciated. The sd card is formatted through the pc and is seen in my computer, but not on the tomtom.

The card may be faulty. The x20 models can handle sdhc cards formatted as fat32.

Further, mp3 files go in a folder called mp3 (all lower case) on the card in order to be playable via jukebox.
