Help Tomtom GO Sd to bigger SD.

I have bought a secong hand Tomtom Go its old but it will help me with the odd trips I make here and there.

But the memory card is tiny 36 meg I think, I dont have any installation cds just the Tomtom and the charger I know that it is not stolen but my friend who gave me it has upgraded and has mislaid the box,cds and cables etc.

I was wondering if its easy to copy everything from one SD card to another? or will I just have to stay with the small one it came with?.

I have used an old phone cable to update it to version 6 with Tomtom home 1.5 and have tried just about everything.

Please help.

What application and map version have you got installed to the device?

Tap the sat strength meter (lower right corner) and then tap the "Version" box, the device should display the software version and map version you have installed, then we should be able to advise - Mike
