No Voice on my TT520

Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone can help me out here - I've got no voice on my TT520. I done all the usual checks i.e. made sure voice is activated and volume is up but I cant hear a thing! Anyone got any idea whats wrong??? Thanks T Confused

First of all, try a 30 second re-set, stick a paper clip in the re-set hole.

When you connect the device to the PC can you use Windows Explorer to view the contents of the TomTom device, find the "voices" folder and open that, are there any files listed within it? - Mike

There is a voice folder - there is obviously some files missing - dont know how that could of happened?? Anyway, I've now got Kathy (Irish) and Sean (Irish) talking to me! Thanks 'Mikealder' - think I should be able to sort this out now!
