Toyota TNS400 GPRS

Not sure if this is the correct forum, but I'm having problems getting my Sony Ericsson w910i Orange PAYG mobile phone to work with TomTom Plus.

I was hoping I could get it working so we could at least get a weather report, but each time the setup gets to 65% it just hangs for a while then says unable to connect.
If I try the Orange PAYG option on the TomTom connection fails straight away on the mobile screen, but if I pick normal Orange the phone connects and the globe appears.
I have even tried buying a day's worth of unlimited GPRS browsing and still not working.

Any ideas what is wrong.... the W910i is listed as compatible on the TomTom website on the TNS400

Right... finally got the phone to connect... on picking the WAP option in the lists (I thought WAP was the old style connection).
Oh well it works.

However anyone had the issue where upon connecting and trying to activate the free month trial for Real Time Traffic info it says the trail has already expired... how it's a brand new unit?
