Toyota rav 4 gps system

i have a 2007 toyota rav4 with full gps system dated 2006/2007, however, the map is at least 5 years out of date and the poi's are probably 10+ years at least out of date. Does anyone know how I can download or obtain an up to date map system for the system without buying yet another very expensive disk? and can I add poi s from other sites? buffer

The only way to update is to buy a new disc from Toyota .

It is not possible with the Toyota system to add the camera database so would think it the same with POI.
