TomTom Favourites etc

Hi
Anyone had this problem if so how to avoid / prevent?
Went home today using TTN2 and my iPAQ 2210, got back in car later, TTN thinks I've just installed it, had to tick "the agreement"" then TTN started "welcome to....etc and all my settings and favourites had gone!
Looked around in file explorer and found "changed copy of Great_Britain". Renamed it without the "changed copy" and all is restored again. How odd.

you have ActiveSync enabled, and are synchronizing files, and somehow managed to change the folder on the PC as well as on the PocketPC.

Try moving the map folder out of the "\my documents" path
