Quest 2 Locked up when using POI Loader

My Quest 2 has locked up totally after trying to use the POI loader and the speed camera database. My PC reported successful upload but the unit is totally locked and neither reset IN and Power or Page+OK and Power will will restore it. It just sits there on the opening screen and refuses to do anything. Does anyone have a solution please?

Thanks for the help but unfortunately the fix and reset suggested does not work. The unit will power up using OK Page and Power and shows the"Do you really want to erase all user data" but when OK is pressed on Yes nothing happens. It just beeps and then sits there still locked up. My PC will not recognise the unit when it is plugged in either so a firmware change will not work either.
