How do I get my X7 upgraded?

I've got the old version of the GPS-6031-X7 which requires a passkey when pairing and it hangs all the time with Tomtom 2 and now with version 3.

I understand it needs a firmware upgrade, but how do I get this done? I've contacted Rikaline 8 times since March through their UK website "contact us" page which says "we will endeavour to reply to you within 24 hours", but 3 months on still first trying haven't had a single reply.
