Speed Cameras for go520

Hi Folks
i've just got hold of a tom-tom 520 and have been looking about for speed camera databases, i came across this site and wondered if anyone could just let me know how easy it is to install these databases and camera sounds on to it, i have seen some instructions but would like to hear of peoples experiences first hand as to did you have any trouble, did it mess up the device, etc

i would of course back up the device before i did anything.

It's very straightforward, requires no more than the ability to unzip a .zip file and copy and paste.
