Pre. Planning a Route

Could tell me how I would preplan a route from Almeria in Spain to a location inland ?.
Would I have to plan a itinerary from home with stops in it or could I set it up to start from the airport in Almeria ?.
I just the user manual had a bit more indepth information in it.

It will know where it is as soon as you switch on at the airport (well after a short wait for it to get the position fix) then simply do the normal NavTo and select your destination.
If you want to have a look at the route prior to the trip use the AtoB icon on the second main menu page its called Prepare Route or Advanced Planning use this to set a departure point and destination, once the route is planned select Details from lower left of the screen and have a look at the different preview options.
If you want to store the destination prior to the trip add your own POI category and add your trip destinations to it - Mike

I just wish I could stand on my own feet a bit, but I am getting there slowly, thanks to you guys.
