Unable to Connect to Taffic

I have been having a problem with connecting to tomtom traffic... I used to be able to connect nothing has change in my configuration... Nokia E61i - TomTom Version 6...

I have checked with my mobile provider Vodafone that I have the correct access to the following which tom tom asked me to check...

We are able to connect to traffic using your details so this confirms there is an issue with your internet connection.

Please ensure you have full WEB GPRS subscription and not WAP GPRS. The full requirements are below:
Have a mobile subscription that permits GPRS or 3G data services (ask your service provider or operators Customer Services)
Have a mobile subscription that allows unrestricted Internet access (ask your service provider or operators Customer Services and emphasize you do not mean WAP)
Use a mobile operator that does not limit Internet access to a specific domain or set of sites (ask your service provider or operators Customer Services)

can anyone help me with this problem...
