postcodes not working after upgrade

The postcodes on my Rider V2 have vanished after doing an update to V7.540

Now, when I try to navigate to a postcode the unit will not allow me to enter the postcode. If I put a letter in it just vanishes from the screen.

Any ideas?

Can you confirm you are selecting Navigate to/ Address/ Postcode, if so connect the device to your PC and use Windows Explorer to view the contents of the TomTom, look for a folder named "zip" open this and are there any files located within it? - Mike

Yes I am using Navigate to postcode. I have checked the zip folder and the files are in there.
