Garmin Geko 201 users/testers

Can anyone out there advise on what the reception capabilities are like with Garmin's Geko 201? I'm particularly keen to know if it can get a good fix through heat reflecting windscreens, as I would want to conect it to a PDA for in-car navagation. Thanks for any help you can give.

You will get a problem with all types of GPS through UV coated windscreens, your best bet would be to purchase a Re-Rad if you do have problems.

I've not gone out and bought anything yet, sounds like I might be better off getting a Fortuna GPSMart BT and putting it in the rear window. I just prefered the look/build/features of the Geko for using as a handheld standalone, thats all. If only Garmin would make a BT version!
