Map Updates Medion PNA 175 Sat.Nav. ??

I have been using the above model for over 2 yrs with POI Warner and found it very good.however there have been many cases where road changes,dead ends,etc have not been shown on the map,which is irritating.
There do not appear to have been any map updates available for the UK/Ireland since I bought it.
If anybody knows something I dont,I would be gratefull for their advice.
