I have an iPAQ 214 running Navigator 6 (V6.030) and paired to a Nokia E51. I am subscribed to TomTom Traffic. The problem is when I launch Navigator it tries to connect to the phone before the bluetooth data connection has been established and so it fails. Is there a way to delay this connection attempt until Navigator is up and running? Once Navigator is running and I enable data then there is no problem. It's a pain having to enable / disable every time. TomTom won't help because the iPAQ is not supported.

Can't you ensure the devices are paired before you invoke TomTom?

I think that may be the problem, as soon as I turn the ignition my phone connects to the Sony Bluetooth radio, so I guess navigator can't connect at the exact same time. I'll try turning on Navigator a minute or so later and see what happens.
Thanks
