Hello,
I purchased a N20 along with a T1 module and to be honest first impressions, i'm extremely happy. However, the default voice instructions are to say the least drab.
Is there anywhere I can purchase new voices?
Many thanks, |

I find you get used to them. I always use the female voice 'cos she's clearer when there is a lot of extraneous noise. I find this is a very good unit and has never let me down. Note that there will be an upgrade on offer for the software in mid June'ish. _________________ Gee-Pee

As far as I know, there will be updated mapping (Autumn 2007) and new operating Software similar to the two new models due to come out about then in the S range. See this thread also [HERE]

Keep an eye out, theres been a couple of guys trying to do custom voice files for Navman. From what have seen, it's more a matter of loosing traction than not being able to do it. One recently offer a free 'Arnie' sample for the S series.
The Navman unlocked forum would be worth a visit.
