iPAQ, G-Sat & TTN5 Not Playing Together Nicely

I have an iPAQ RW6815 running Windows Mobile 5.1 and have installed Tomtom Navigator 5.21 on it. My GPS is a G-Sat BT-359 which partners with the iPAQ without any difficulty. However, TTN only lists the COM ports that are reserved by the iPAQ (2, 3, 4, & 9) and not any of the ones that the GPS can connect to, no matter what I try doing. I've set the iPAQ back to factory default numerous times, installed Pocket Bluetooth Tools, tried installing TTN both on the device and on the storage card, installed TTN before and after partnering the GPS, attached the GPS to every available port, etc, etc, etc. Nothing works - the port the GPS is attached to is NEVER listed by TTN.

Anybody have any ideas?
