HELP REQUIRED - RAC SATNAV200E crashing

I subscribed today and downloaded the latest updates.

I have tried combining with existing and deleting previous and using only new ones. Unfortunately the unit just crashes (in various forms)

Now I can't even restore the backup files on the PC or the original disk onto the card, or a new card I have just bought.

What size and type is the new card, also can you try installing the backup to the original card devoid of any extra files.
Also can you describe in a little more detail the crashes the device is doing - Mike

The card is 2GB SD as is the original.

I have tried my original backup files from the PC - crashes

I have tried the disk but will not write to either card. It will delete and format and you can transfer files to the card, just not write using CD.

Crashes are either an internet explorer error or just freezes with a bit of map showing, or freezes on front screen.
