Medion AE needing update roads out of date

I have a 4 year old Medion gopal AE where can I get an upgrade of the maps from etc. should I change to a different setup ?
At 69 I am a bit long in the tooth so simple answers would be appreciated Very Happy

Having looked at the Medion site and checked the prices I would be better off gettin a new one I think. It is outragous the prices they charge for an upgrade. Crying or Very sad

It may feel like an upgrade but it's an entire new map at the end of the day and they cost money.

I'd agree though, a new unit would make economic sense.

Can a Mdeion take any other vendors softwear and maps, as that could be an alternative? Crying or Very sad
