Sorry, this might be slightly off topic but I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I'm hoping to start a new delivery job soon dropping of parcels locally. Not too sure what's involved yet but there could be say 20 addresses to go to. I was hoping my 720 was going to help but the best I can find is to enter an Itinerary. Unless I'm missing something it's not going to tell me the best order to visit them in - it just takes me to them in the order they are entered in the itinerary. So is there some online resource or software (free?) that will calculate the best route to visit say 20 addresses, starting and finishing at the same place?
Thanks

The feature you require is called 'route optimisation' which TomTom don't offer. I'm not aware of any service that offers this. _________________ Darren Griffin |

There are a couple of Routes that can be taken. The Links can be found in This Post by AndyP. _________________ Richard

I looked at that link Oldboy but it doesn't actually say that either Tyre or ITConvert will actually optimise your route. Can anyone confirm if they do? (The Houghi script looked way too complicated for me I'm afraid).

I have to admit that I've never used either of them.
I use the AutoRoute and ITNConvert method for optimising. But then AutoRoute isn't free. _________________ Richard
