Cannot download database???

Hi

I have been trying to download the database having paid for one years subscription. I am being told that I have not subscribed and need to pay for the one years subscribtion again.

Can anybody help?

i don't see any record of a payment made from this forum account... perhaps you have multiple user accounts?

failing that send an email to subscriptionsATpocketgpsworld.com (replace AT with @ ) with your transaction id and we can look into it

Fir info, what often happens is that (for various reasons) PayPal doesn't use your credit card details, but something called "e-cheques" instead. This method of payment isn't instant, so your subscription gets delayed until it passes through the banking system.
I think if you check your PayPal account transactions it will show you, but I can't check for certain which page it is on.

Sometimes a glitch means the payment isn't tied to the account.

I would send the info as per MaFts posting above. These things get sorted pretty quickly.
