I notice that there is still no update from Miomap 3.1 to 3.2 available on the Mio server for CX10 devices.
It's been a number of weeks now without any sort of solution to the problem.
Is it possible to buy a 3.2 install CD?

Well, fair enough but it is a crazy situation.
People who have reinstalled 3.1 will actually be forced, by the lack of support from Mio, to use "unauthorised" versions of Miomap 3.2 (or 3.3) in order to enjoy basic bug fixes and so on.
I really don't understand how a company can treat its customers with such contempt and get away with it.
I phoned "support" yesterday despite the cost of the call. I asked if it was possible to buy the latest version of Miomap 3.2 on CD. I waited 4 minutes before being provided with the simple reply "no" (no elaboration or other support was available). Well, I can't accuse them of not answering the question I suppose.
Many people who have access to online communties will find their own added value solutions and so not bother the company for an official one. |

Every time I check on here to see if there's something new, it's the same old story, Retty complaining about miomap updates.
Yes we know Mio are bad with support, most makes are, but they did publish a free update for months. Some companies don't hand out updates at all.
If you have updated to 3.2 before and you didn't keep a backup of it that's not their fault. |

But surely Retty is entitled to his whinge without raising comments like this? Surely you complaining about him complaining does no one any good.
I will NOT be posting in this thread again, so please don't bother having a go at me. |

What’s a forum for if Retty can’t have a whinge, and look for support?
Just wait until your unit goes belly up and you’re deafened by the silence! |

Yes I think you went too far Repsaj.
Retty does like to have a good moan, it doesn't do any harm.
