Software installation

I just cannot install any of the software from garmin and others on my Vista machine.

The install goes like this:

Downloaded software, install, file is unzipped, I then get the normal blue welcome screen which invites me to click on next, but ......there is no next displayed on the welcome screen.

If I install it to XP (on an old laptop) it is fine.

Where is my NEXT?????
