Help please! Not found anything with a search.

Noticed that my car symbol on my 920 had gone back to the default blue triangle. All the other symbols show up in Preferences but when I click on any of the others a small blue triangle with an i in it flashes briefly and nothing changes. Tried copying them back from my first backup although they were still on the 920 and also tried pressing the reset button.

Any ideas?

TIA

Have you selected 2D view for the map? - the custom icons will only display when using 3D mode - Mike

Downloading and running the Clear Flash tool from TomTom's site may help. One of its uses is to remedy situations where users' settings are not retained.

Here's the link:

You're right of course. I had previously had it on 3D. Never occurred to me it could be that simple.

Thanks
