Can I remove any POI's that do not exist? If so, how can I do it?

if they don't exist then how can they be removed sorry... if you mean pois that are built into the map data then no - best bet is to inform navteq via their website and hope that the next version of maps (when they are released and paid for) will have the changes in them... MaFt
