I purchased an RAC sat nav on ebay and, being a computer novice and a complete numpty, I charged the unit with the cd card attached from my pc by usb and tood the unit on top of the pc whilst doing so. Now the sd card has been completely wiped. The dvd with the programmes on is a copied dvd and does not appear to have all the required programmes on. Other than shelling out another £40 for a new dvd I am stuck. Does anyone have any ideas as at the moment I have paid quite a lot of money for a nice looking unit which doesnt do anything!
