Car NAVTEQ CD images to CoPilot.

I have 'Great Britain-Ireland 2007-1' on my CoPilot but I have also got a NAVTEQ 'Great Britain-Ireland 2007-2' CD (out of the old man's car) and I was wondering if there is a way of converting it to work on CoPilot as I know it uses NAVTEQ maps? Probably not but worth a shot.

The CD has the following files on it:-

ABSTRACT
BIBLIOGR
carindb
CARINET
COPYRIGH

In a word NO. The map formats are proprietary to each manufacturer.
