medion 210t problem

hy.i'm newbie here..

so i have this gps,and i unlocked it....

i installed igo myway 2006,the only problem that occurs is when i startup igo,i can't click very well on the icons.i think my touch screen isn't synchronized with the software.i tried with GAPI for HPC's to set it in some way...but it doesn't work very well.
i need to erase more.dll-s...or edit sys.txt(i coould't find it)...or something?

If you have accessed the windows Desktop, you can re-calibrate your stylus in Control Panel, that should hopefully cure your problem
