Activation Code problems….

Hi, I hope someone might be able to help. (Tried the search facility but no joy )
I bought a Dell Axim with TT Navigator 6 installed a while back from someone local.
I haven’t used it for a while but decided to look it out as I’m travelling back from London to Glasgow on Saturday morning. When I tried to power it up, the battery was dead, thought all I would have to do was to stick it on charge……. Charged it up and now it is doing a complete install of everything and is also looking for an activation code.
The dell generated a device code xxxxx xxxxx but after going onto the TT site and typing in the following code: xxxxx yyyyy zzzzz the Dell is saying this isn’t correct???

Can anyone help?
