Just checked the location of my nearest McDonalds and it's in the wrong place. I've found an option to edit POIs in Change Preferences/Manage POIs. I hit Edit Poi/POI near Home and it comes up with No POI found! I get the same for Delete POI and Delete POI category.

I have recently done various resets to clear other problems and today I used the Clear Flash tool but as I've not used Manage POIs before I don't know if it's stopped working or was never working to start with.

It's a bit confusing as two different things are both called "POIs" and the way to can edit them is very different.

Up till recently the built-in POIs (i.e. the ones that came on the Go when you bought it) could not be edited or changed at all.

The "Manage POI" menu you've found was meant for you to add/delete/edit YOUR OWN POIs and POI categories that you had loaded onto the machine, and that's still how you do it for your own added POI categories.

However, TomTom have recently introduced "Map Share" which allows you to make minor changes to the maps AND to the built-in POIs.
To edit a built-in POI, you can now go to page 2 of the main menu "Map Corrections"/"correct a map error"/"Edit POI" or "Add missing POI"

So that's where you need to do it for your McDonalds.

Having these two different methods, both for things called "POIs" is pretty confusing for the beginner!!
