Hi I think i have made a backward step ??
I have the Original tom tom Go classic and decided for no good reason to upgrade to a tomtom go 510 BUT AAAGGGHHHH one of the best functions on my go was the accurate speed reading the NEW 510 arrived tonight and Im blowed if i can see the speed ?? have they stopped this ?? if so i will send it back so need to know am i missing something in the menu here ???
confused i am ? |

It's still there, it should be bottom right? If not then:
Menu -> Change Preferences -> Status Bar preferences

Well one thing you ought to like is if your speed is in excess of that recorded in the map for the current stretch of road, the speed display will flash within a red box. _________________ Darren Griffin |

And if you are very lucky you will also get a short sharp siren just to confirm what the wife had said 2 minutes earlier that you are driving to fast and slow down ( I presume that feature is available on the 510 just as it is on the 520)
