help putting poi on to 920

Hi All hope you all had a good one and have a brilliant new year iv just got another 920t question to ask help with I am planning on using my 920 in the US and Canada can any help me. how can I put the POI on to it off this site I have tried but haven’t had any look putting them on can some pleases help me
