just tried to run home 2 myeslf login failure message.
my guess is that the site is overwhelmed with Xmas pressee related traffic
and perhaps they are still on holiday, so not aware of the problems |

The site was down or on very limited service for two days over Christmas for essential maintenance purposes. _________________ TT Start 60-OS:1344689 (12/9/13)

Oh yes, to say the TT site was 'slow' over the Xmas period is a massive understatement. I was fortunate enough to only need 3 attempts to download Western Europe map - it repeatedly failed just at the end of the 1.7Gb download. And took about 5 times longer than it should have. I'm OK because my ISP deal is 'uncapped' (that's another whole debate) but I'd be feeling a might peeved if, say, I was on a 5Gb monthly limit.....
Successful install (phew!) decided I'd look at some other TT 'stuff' but, ooh er missus, TTHome then decided it wouldn't let me log in - ever. No chance. 'Network error'.
Of course, it must have taken them completely by surprise that their servers would be busy over Xmas..... _________________ TT GO app on Android Phone

How dare you suggest that TomTom could be in any way to blame! It is clearly something you have done wrong. You should know by now that TT are never at fault. You know their motto "The customer is always wrong" _________________ Bazzza
