Possible Warranty Issues?

Hi folks,

As you can see, this is my very first post on here so hope i've got the right section.

I was shown a link to this site and advised about the Pocket GPS Speed Camera updates being far superior to the Tom Tom ones.

Basically, i've been bought a Tom Tom Europe for Christmas and what i'm wondering is that if I subscribe to and install your updates/software, will it invalidate any guarantees/warranties attached to my Tom Tom for the first year of purchase?

No. The PGPSWorld camera database is just a "third party POI category" (or categories), which the TomTom was designed to use and advertised as compatible with.
TT themselves even recommend you use 3rd party POIs when you moan to them about how useless their own ones are! (although that doesn't stop TT also blaming them if anything goes wrong, and you've mentioned you use them.. )

It would be a bit like a computer manufacturer not allowing you to load any software on your new PC!
