TomTom Navigator 5 maps for TomTom One XL

I have been using ACER PDA with TomTom Navigator 5 (including West
Europe maps) software on it. But a few weeks ago, The PDA was broken
and it can not be used anymore. Thus, I decided to buy a new car
navigation system. I would like to buy TomTom One XL regional from
Germany. TomTom One XL regional has pre-installed maps of Germany, Austria and
Switzerland.
With TomTom One XL regional, Can I use the maps (excepting maps of Germany, Austria and Switzerland) of my TomTom Navigator 5 package which have already been installed to SD card of my broken PDA so that I can save some money? Or any other advice?

hiya, that won't work as the TT5-maps have map-version 5.xx and are not running with the new verision on the ONE.
