Just bought a 970T which works great. However I installed the content manager application on XP and have some issues. OK if I try to start it without the GPS attached I get an error message to that effect, which sort of proves there is a connection. With the GPS connected the GPS screen shows a picture of an SD card on the left and computer screen on the right with an arrow going from computer to SD card with a big RED cross in it. Do I assume this indicates I can’t connect or write to the SD card, which seems to be the case. I have reinstalled the software and checked the card in write protected. Anyone got any idea?

Thats normal... it means don't pull the SD card out whilst it is connected to the computer. Try opening content manager now. It should work
