map installation error

I finally got the new map on my computer and now when it went to install there was an error message "invalid archive" Anyone knomw what this message means ? I sent an email to tomtom but it takes so long to get a reply from them, have been waiting for two days now.

Someone was asking earlier about message network error, I got that when there was not enough space on my computer hard drive for the map (it takes nearly 2 gb). So not only do you need to make sure you have enough space on your tomtom but also on your hard drive when you install a new map.
